Hello everyone~~^^
How is everyone keeping??^^ it's been some time,, and now,, i'm glad to announce that,,,
Patisserie Rui is back in operation~^^
Rui @ Gasing is now open again,, Tuesday till Saturdays from 10am - 4.30pm,,(or until sold out?) i'm trying to figure out excatly how much to bake for retail so that we don't run out too fast^^ of course,, i really thank you for loving our bakeries^^ more then you know,, it makes me happy^^
Rui @ Mont Kiara Meridin will be opened next monday, 13th of June onwards,,featuring our signatures and also our new Summer 09' Collection with new and improved flavours^^
operation hours will be Monday till Saturdays from 8am - 8pm
also,, we have been busy marrying yeast with flour to make our own signature breads,,^^
i will share with you the exciting menu soon in the next post^^ with some pictures of our baking days^^
the new place is quaint,, has 3 mini tables, a FrancisFrancis x7 (yes!!^^ we are serving illy coffee), Dammann teas....now,, you can finally see the kitchen @ work,,~!!
I'm still a lover of Valhrona Grand Cru chocolates,,
our signature white chocolate cheese cake is now made with Swiss(felchlin) white chocolate couverture,,
i've converted to President creams and butter^^ only the best!!
and,,,, i have finally started to make my claypot fruit cakes!
